IRRO is facilitating the distribution of royalties collected for the 2020–21 period. These funds were received from international Reproduction Rights Organisations (RROs) under bilateral agreements for the use of published works abroad.
Eligible rights owners must submit a claim confirming their bonafide ownership of the works in question. Upon verification of credible documentary proof, IRRO will process payments.
The initial window for claims for this period was set for March 31, 2024.
Undistributed amounts are held in a trust for three years following the primary deadline. Rights owners may still submit claims with proof of ownership during this period.

No claims will be entertained after the trust period expires.
