License Limitations and Usage Guidelines

Ownership and Copying Limits

Original ownership required: You must own an original or copyright fee-paid version of any material before scanning or copying it under this license.
Course pack volume: Copying is restricted to course packs for enrolled students only. You may copy up to 15% of a publication or one single chapter per year.

Digital distribution and access

No public web access: Digital copies must not be uploaded to the public internet. Direct or indirect linking to third-party websites is prohibited.
Restricted circulation: The license does not authorize selling, repackaging, or distributing digital copies outside the specific terms provided.

Content integrity and attribution

Preserve author identity: When the original material displays the author or creator’s name, this identity must remain visible on all digital copies.
No modification: Digital copies must remain exact reproductions. Editing or manipulating the content is strictly prohibited.

Authorized use cases

Internal training only: Licensed copies are for the training of authorized personnel only. Use for third-party education or any activity involving remuneration is not permitted.
